Hello I am trying to add Moderators to the Moderator mod in my admin but it is telling me "Error while saving to database"

it is not telling me that the MYSQL error is or I may could fix it please help this was just installed a few days ago. Thank you

And how do you imagine I can know your site URL and files access?
Everyday we have dozens emails from dozens of users.

Sorry but this is unacceptable.
Your server prevents any work, any installation.
I can describe it only with one word: disaster
It breaks connection every 3 of 4 connection attempts.
It breaks file upload or file edit through ftp every 8 of 10 attempts.
Unfortunately this is not what we can work, we cannot do anything with it.

I set and tested the mod you write about, it's working properly, however it took so long time because of dozens broken uploads and edits.

it is a brand new server and I have fixed the problem. there is no need to be upset.

I think there is a reason to be upset.
Instead of 1 hour of work that was paid we spent 10 hours without success and all because of what your server is. Sorry, but our patience and job time has some limits.

well yes i understand this... i am a business man i have no time for personal issues. if you spent more time than was needed because of something i did. that's ok please charge me for the extra time spend. All you had to do dargre was to let me know it is taking long because of my server and let me know if i wanted you to continue to pay extra. no need to take it personal

I love your company i think you guys to great work, that's why I keep buying your programs and mods. I also understand that you do alot for your customers because i ma one of them that you have gone above and beyond for and I love the service I get form you. I hope we can work this out. Thank you

I am not upset, just only say that I cannot agree to work on such server.
