Hi Dargre,
long time no speak. How are you?

As you know am i one of the first customers of your player and i am more then excited. Also i wanna update to the new one as we are relaunching our site from cs 2.6 to 4.xxx which enables us to change the player too...
I also think that your update price is more than fair and i definitely will order it the next days, so will automobilly.com, i am shure!

But we have a little problem we think you should manage before (instead of working around later):

We made a workaround for implementing our videos on facebook through the facebook-api and it works great, but all links from the player that should open a new site (clicking the logo, or clicking on one of the related videos at the end) don't work. I think this is because Facebook doesn't activate the parameter allowScriptAccess. Still clicking the YouTube player works fine, so there has to be a method to do this without allowScriptAccess. Also fullscreen doesn't work.

So as we all know its more than important to use social media platforms to advertise our stuff there has to be a solution not to lose against the big players. Please tell me that its in different in the new player or you will work on it ;-)

Greets from Austria!

PS: If you wanna try it, just put some video from http://www.tv1.at into your Facebook-Links....

Hi, Andy.
I'm fine. I hope you're OK too :)

You are right about "allowScriptAccess" flash object param.
If it is not set to "always", none link, none javascript execution will work.
And as Facebook (not only) automatically changes this param from "always" to "never" - your links or functions like sending emails will not work on such embed player.

You noticed it works with youtube player.
I think it's it's working because youtube especially for facebook use embed player with facebook API "fbjs" bridge.
I'm not sure if it is possible to set both: facebook bridge and normal links in same action script.
If I find time I will check it.

Worse is about fullscreen. I doubt so adobe player fullscreen feature is available to use in any other way than setting "alllowfullscreen" param to "true". I do not see fulscreen option with youtube embed player, also some other popular embed players.
Thank you,

Another little critics...
Its always when the player is sized very small as on the right side of facebook or other sites half of the instruments like volume arent reachable but there would be enough space in the middle of the player if it would be flexible....

And what do you expect?
You cannot have all in one: small player and large player.
Nuevoplayer brings so many options, so many buttons that it is understable that it cannot fit when flash object too small.
You need to choose: not to take care about those who makes player so small or set another player as embed one.
Personally I don't care much of such small players, however have different player for embedding purpose.

we will transfer the amount you want the next days to renew the script. But dont you think it would be easy to do the behalfs? Look at Vimeo and theyre Flash-Solution on Facebook including links to the users in between the videos....
