The RSS share link on the following screen does not seem to work when I click on it?



I have checked the config files and cannot find a way to alter that link.

So you didn't check well options as there is separate one to enter rss link. Of course the link must be with "http://" - this is standard for any link. Many forget about it.
But above all - forum is not a good place to write such post as this concerns your specific website and you donot even provide URL.
