When you play a movie with the nuevo player 5.x on the white skin, brown as well, the timeline trailer has another drawing shape just at the right corner of it, on the left side of the lasting time video, i have sent to you guys an email, submitted a ticket but no-one is taking care of that too, right now i have been pushed to used the "daily" skin because of this issue with "white/brown" skin.

Probably your emails go to spam, and we do not check spam-box too often.
Suggest you to use Nuevolab contact form as it sends messages through several differen email accounts, and the chance we receive and read message is much bigger.

I think issue you describe is rather on your end, possibly caused by your html code.
Everyone can test each skin on Nuevolab wizard website, and each skin displays properly.

Whatever - if you do not provide example link - it's almost not possible to investigate case.

I already wrote - there are no issues with skins, also not with white or brown.

Please remind that skins for player version 5 are little bit different than for version 4.
To be sure so you have valid skins for you player version - you can always download latest skins in your clientarea, both: fla source and swf final skin files.
