Now i has a NuevoLab player version 4 and i want upgrade to version 5. i found information on this page about cost for upgrade player. So, I need to know €35.00 it's totally price or i have to pay more (tax, etc.)

Do you provide manual like "HOW TO UPGRADE" the player or any information?

I just purchased that same v5 upgrade and paid no tax, although I am in the US so your experience may be different.

As for the two upgrade options, one is for NuevoLab to complete your installation (you will need to provide them with admin access) and the other is for you to install it yourself.

Upgrade pricing concerns major upgrades like from version 4 to version 5, or from 3 to 5.
One option and default price is 15 EU. You receive then complete integration and player files with installation instruction.
Second option is for those who prefer us to install all integration and the player. The price is EU 35.00, you don't need to pay upgrade EU 15.00 then. This is like upgrade price (15.00) + installation service (EU 20.00).

Being honest - reinstallation/upgrade service is always bigger pain for us, as we need to take care about website current status, avoid any downtime, etc. Many times we must also took care about custom solutions some user set himself (if he only inform us about it)
