I need help with this. I just installed nuevoplayer as per instructions. Player is showing :
This playlist is not valid xml file
2nd In the siteadmin when clicked on Custom Player Generator. Firefox comes back with blank page and IE comes back with 500 Internal server error. Anything to do with directory of file permissions or encoding?
Help is much appreciated.
Not posting the site link as It is working with different player and can't afford to keep site down for too long.

Problem 1 is solved but 500 error is still there..
I know that 500 error could be anything.I have the server tech looking at it. Maybe somebody had this issue in the past?

Well I checked custom generator module on clean clipshare and AVS installations and it works properly.
So I can't say anything more or help until I do not have access to your files.
Error 500 maybe connected to some database error.

You can try to switch script debug mode to "true" and maybe this will show what error is.

Suggest to redownload your script package and at least upload file "siteadmin/modules/nuevo/custom.php".
I'm not sure of your script - but probably this is correct path for you

Aww fixed. That was all I needed to do.
